A CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE

The Permanent Observatory on the Enforcement of Competition Law, founded and directed by Gian Antonio Benacchio and Michele Carpagnano, is based at the Faculty of Law of Trento and is accredited by the International academic community.

 

INTERNATIONAL TEAM

The Observatory relies on the collaboration of researchers, academics, judges, lawyers, economists and representatives of those institutions responsible for the application of the competition rules in Italy, France, Spain, UK, Germany, Greece, Portugal, Poland and other Member States of the European Union.

This conference is now in its fourth edition and marks an important event for the European antitrust community.

Pursuant to Article 66 of Presidential Decree July 11, 1980, n. 382, the Observatory provides advisory services aimed at individuals and institutions.
